The highly successful and enjoyable meeting marked the beginning of a new sector of cooperation between the Czech Republic and Irael. ICCCI Chairman David Hercky and CEO Assaf Dovrat accompanied H.E. Veronika Kuchyňová Šmigolová, the Czech Ambassador, during her visit to IEC headquarters in Haifa.
This visit was filled with valuable discussions, particularly focused on strengthening collaborations in the energy sector—an area of critical importance for both nations as we work toward advancing innovative solutions in electricity, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
Representatives from IEC delivered an insightful presentation on electricity challenges and their comprehensive 360-degree security approach. Meanwhile, the Czech Embassy made a strong impression with an excellent overview of the energy sector in the Czech Republic.
ICCCI also outlined future plans to further develop Czech-Israeli cooperation in this area, starting with a webinar scheduled for this winter, which will focus on presenting and identifying key challenges in the Czech energy sector.
This meeting represents a significant milestone in the Czech- Israeli ongoing partnership and lays the groundwork for future collaboration in addressing the energy challenges of tomorrow.
